    3. It annoys me that stupid Holden and his stupid book get all the publicity. The Glass family amuses me much more, what with their soap slivers and their diaries in the clothes hamper and their childhood sarcasm. And the almost-martyr Seymour who falls in love with a little girl on the beach.
