In Memoriam . . .

Rob Cosby, 1971- 1989.  20 years ago tonight I was in a car accident.  I broke a vertebrae but Rob was killed.  I was sitting 4 feet in front of him.

10 years ago I made a piece and used a Langston Hughes poem as part of the work.  Curiously the Times has an article about the  poem here.

I’m lucky to be here, and to know all of you.  Thanks for giving me a place to note this occasion.
