I’m right on schedule as well. Although the younger tones did register – as pain. Does that count? My cat could hear them all, of course.

Yeah, I just used the ringtones to test my ears’ age and I’m right on schedule, barely able to hear 16khz and nothing higher.

I have a great iPhone app called “Dog Whistle” that just emits a sine wave at a frequency you can set. It was slightly horrifying to see how far down my frequency threshold has slipped, seemingly just in the last few years.
