What he means is the precise conditions of Park Slope Brooklyn in 1972 are non-repeatable.  I don&#039;t care what anyone in NYC says about Park Slope &quot;just like the suburbs&quot; (My Ass!)

This little &#039;hood and that crazy little grocery store are an authentic utopia.
