Maybe the address is legible for a few seconds near the beginning, when he gestures to the sign, but outside of that, one learns that he sells furniture and that his flea market is "just like a mini-mall." The ad is two minutes long! There's nothing about pricing, financing, brands carried, availability, layaway, etc.! Also, what Parrish said.
