Anyway, we all skip rope from time to time (sounds like a naughty euphemism, but isn't). I thought Feist rocked out more live than on record, but didn't interpret her energy in performance as particularly "masculine." I thought Feist rocked out more live than on record, but didn’t interpret her energy in performance as particularly “masculine.” It makes me wonder: is it usually viewed as masculine when a woman rocks? That would be depressing.
