It turns out that the song, by Tom Milsom, incorporates NY street noise. The footage is all technically illicit. Tons of people were taking pics but occasionally the guards would come around and scold them. They were much harsher on the no photo policy at the Turrell LACMA show, but Molly got some amazing photos there too.
This is so completely great. Is the ambient sound recorded on 5th Avenue outside? Just fantastic — the editing, the guitar, the framing, everything.
