Let me get this straight, there is a meal noted above this side-bar that costs $16.00, but if you add a free soup, salad or eggroll to that meal, it makes it $38.00?
My interpretation is that “above” means that orders over $16 receive a “free” soup, soda, or egg roll. Orders over $38 receive the said spicy ribs or wings.
Their Spicy Ribs or Wings are so good, they receive an “A” on their report card.
