Upon further thought (think before you comment; I always forget this when visiting TGW) I guess I knew it had exploded more times than that. How else did we know who had what during the Cold War? More recently, how else did we know that North Korea had that stuff?
I guess I just thought each country, after developing such horrible ability for themselves, just sent out a proclamation with pictures to all the other countries:
“We Have This Stuff Too. See? Fear Us. We’ve Joined The Big Bad Gang.”
